To allow device commissioning with custom Wi-Fi or thread we need ble support.

Status:

We currently started working on it. For Matter that means:

• Implement BTP (Bluetool Transport Protocol) based on Matter Specs
• Implement BTP as another Network option.
• Implement a Device/Peripheral BLE library (we will start with bleno, so nodejs specific, works good in linux, not good in macOS, Windows unknown)
• Implement Controller/Central BLE library (we will start with noble, so node.js specific)
