Hi team, I’ve been exploring OTA (Over-the-Air) update support in Matter for a demo project. In the
I’m now evaluating Matter.js and would like to ask: Does the matter.js project provide official support or sample examples for OTA Requestor and OTA Provider functionality? Specifically:

This is in the works at the moment, but today it is not included, as listed on https://github.com/project-chip/matter.js/blob/main/docs/MATTER_COMPATIBILITY.md#compatibility-with-the-matter-standard Might be available in some weeks |

More detailed: I currently work oin the BDX protocol and try to test that. After that we will implement the relevant OTA clusters and think about how to wire that in. Most likely there will be an event or such when an update is available because the "apply update" logic is completely developer specific. But lets see |

Hi @Apollon77 , It’s great to hear that OTA support is actively being worked on, including BDX and the relevant clusters. Really looking forward to seeing how the OTA flow and update handling evolve in Matter.js. If anything comes up or a preview implementation becomes available, I’d really appreciate it if you could tag me or drop a message here. I’d love to test it out and provide feedback as well.
